The Promoter is Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd (ACN 601 408 824) of registered address 275 Grey St, South Brisbane QLD 4101. The Promotion commences at 9:00 am AEST on 1 July 2022 and ends at 5:00 pm AEST on 31 July 2022 (Promotion Period). Entry to open to Velocity members who are Australian residents, aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Promoter, Velocity employees, employees of agencies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families (Entrants). To enter the Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, (1) Visit Etihad.com or their preferred Travel Agent and book an Etihad Airways marketed and operated flight between 1 July and 31 July 2022 and fly between 1 July 2022 and 31 January 2023 (inclusive), (2) enter their Velocity membership number in the booking, and (3) go to the Velocity competition landing page and explain in 25 words or less where they want to travel to in Europe on an Etihad Airways market and operated flight and why. There will be 3 Winners, who will be notified by email within 2 business days of the judging (to be held at 9am on 7 February 2023). Winners must accept in writing by 23rd of February 2023 to info@velocityfrequentflyer.com. At that time if we have not received an acceptance, the prize will be awarded to the reserve winner. There are 3 Prizes to be won: Each prize consists of a return Business Class flight operated by Etihad Airways for two people from Melbourne or Sydney to a European destination serviced by Etihad Airways. All travel should be completed within 12 months from the date of Prize ticket issuance and no extensions will be granted. The winner and companion need to travel together on the same dates/itinerary.  Travel subject to booking and flight availability and subject to blackout periods.
