The Promotion commences at 09:00 AEST on 24 July 2023 and ends at 23:59 AEST on 12 August 2023 (Promotion Period). Entry is open to all Australian residents 18 years old and over, except directors, officers, management employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and agencies associated with the Promotion (Entrants).

To enter the Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) go to the Virgin Australia competition landing page, https://competitions.virginaustralia.com/competition/VA-win-a-trip-tokyo and complete the prompt: “tell us in 25 words or less what essentials you would take if you won this trip to Tokyo and why?”; (b) include their first name, last name, phone number and their email address; (c) select “yes” to subscribe to V-mail and receive V-mail promotional emails from Virgin Australia (including ‘V-mail Sale, V-mail Specials, V-mail Promotions and V-mail Happy Hour); and (d) select “yes” to agree to the Terms and Conditions. There will be one (1) Winner. The Winner will be notified via email or phone within two business days after the winner is selected at 9:00 AEST on 18 August 2023. The Winner must accept the Prize by 09:00 am AEST 27 August 2023.

There is one Prize to be won (Prize). The Prize is (a) 2 x return Virgin Australia Economy Choice flights to Tokyo (Haneda airport) from an Australian domestic port serviced by Virgin Australia at the time of flight; and (b) two nights’ accommodation at OMO 3 Asakusa (room type subject to availability and will be chosen by the hotel at the time of booking) including an OMO Ranger activity of the hotel’s choosing and daily breakfast (guests will receive freely selectable tickets to the value of ¥ 1,000 per night, per person, totalling ¥4,000) at the Food and Drink Station; and (c) two tickets to teamLab Planets Tokyo. The average total prize value is AUD$3,700 (including GST). A Winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash.
