The Promotion commences at 06:00AM AEST on 07 April 2025 and ends at 11:59PM AEST on 27 April 2025 (Promotion Period). Entry is open to all Australian residents 18 years old and over, except directors, officers, management employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and agencies associated with the Promotion (Entrants). To enter the Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) go to the Virgin Australia competition landing page,  https://competitions.virginaustralia.com/competition/vivid-2025-experience and complete the prompt: “Tell us in 25 words or less—what is your Vivid Sydney dream?” (b) include their first name, last name, phone number, email address, state or territory, and their nearest airport serviced by Virgin Australia; (c) select “yes” to subscribe to V-mail and receive V-mail promotional emails from Virgin Australia (including ‘V-mail Sale, V-mail Specials, V-mail Promotions and V-mail Happy Hour); (d) select “yes” to receive tourism related content from Destination New South Wales and to use their personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy; and (e) select “yes” to agree to the Promotion Terms and Conditions. There will be one (1) prize winner (Winner). The Winner will be selected at 02:00PM AEST on 06 May 2025. The Winner will be notified directly via email, within two (2) business days of being selected. 

The Prize is (a) 2 x return Economy Choice flights to Sydney from an Australian domestic port serviced by Virgin Australia at the time of flight; (b) 2 x tickets to an exclusive half hour guided Light Walk with Vivid Sydney Festival Director; (c) 2 x tickets to the Vivid Sydney Dinner curated and hosted by Nigella Lawson; (d) 2 x tickets to Vivid Sydney Supper Club; (e) 4 nights’ accommodation at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour in a Luxury Room including Club Access and breakfast. The total Prize value is AUD$3,584 (including GST). 

The Prize is subject to the full competition Terms and Conditions and is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize must be taken between 06 - 10 June 2025, full details are included in the Terms and Conditions. The Prize flight certificate must be redeemed for flights to/from Sydney on travel dates 06 and 10 June 2025 and are subject to availability, the relevant fare rules and Virgin Australia Conditions of Carriage.  The Winner is responsible for all other expenses associated with accepting the Prize.
